You may return unopened items supplied by Albert Toots Earl Music within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also replace incorrectly supplied or defective goods free of charge, although we reserve the right to inspect the goods before forwarding a replacement.

When returning unwanted, incorrectly supplied or defective goods, please allow at least 14 working days to enable us to process your return. Please note that no refund will be given for any music products that have been downloaded from our site.
