Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. If an item is unavailable for any reason, we will notify you accordingly. Whilst we take care to ensure that the information and prices published are accurate and up to date, we do not accept any liability arising from errors or omissions. Customers may purchase music online using a credit or debit card (we currently only accept American Express and Visa). All prices shown are in pounds sterling (£) and credit or debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the credit card company at the exchange rate in use by them at the time of the transaction.

Should you have any complaints concerning the products or services that we provide, please contact us in writing or by e-mail. We will acknowledge any correspondence as soon as possible, advise you of a timescale within which we expect to resolve the matter, and keep you informed of developments where appropriate. Any contract entered into between ourselves and our customers covering the sale and purchase of music products is subject to the laws of England and Wales. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible, and accept no liability for, the content or code of practice of any website to which we are linked that is not owned and maintained by ourselves.
